    [Primary Duties]

    The Sales Manager will represent our partners to existing customers: maintaining and growing the business, serving existing potential new customers, understanding their needs, delivering value added proposals and presenting products and solutions.

    The Sales Manager will call on clients and manufacturers, be responsible for the entire selling cycle (from introduction to closure), including making presentations, interface with key decision makers, handling negotiations, conducting product and services solution, providing on-site support, understanding customer/manufacturer requirements, conducting regular reviews, establishing agreed upon timelines and ensuring prompt delivery of information to close new business.

    The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing an understanding of the petrochemical markets, refinery market, and customer/manufacturer channel research, analyzing market trends, uncovering unmet needs, building long-term business plans and leading the execution of the business plan in alignment with the global vision to close new businesses.



    [Requirements ]

    - Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field (MBA preferred)

    - 3–5 years of experience in: 

      - Petrochemical plant EPC sales

      - Refinery project business development

      - Process technology licensing

      - Industrial plant engineering sales

      - Established network within Korean petrochemical / refinery sector

    - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capability


    Preferred

    - Experience with multinational engineering companies

    - Understanding of process technologies (ethylene, ammonia, hydrogen, carbon certification system etc.)

    - Experience managing long-cycle, high-value projects


    Role Objective

    - Develop and execute Korea market strategy

    - Build sustainable project pipeline (3–5 year horizon)

    - Secure large-scale EPC / technology licensing contracts

    - Strengthen executive-level relationships with key industry players
