Sandvik is seeking a Sale Representative for tunneling reinforcement materials and infrastructure equipment, responsible for driving sales growth in the infrastructure and resource development sectors. This role focuses on strengthening key customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, establishing sales strategies, and providing technical support for overall business growth.

Responsibilities
Provide regular business performance and metric reports to management, including forecasts, budgets, and targets.
Negotiate and close contracts, quotations, tenders, and agreements with customers.
Maintain an active presence in the field with salespeople and customers to strengthen relationships and identify opportunities.
Work closely with product, applications, and technical support teams to manage trials, training, resolve issues, and warranty activities.
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with global team strategy.
Retain and expand existing business while identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.
Make decisions aligned with business strategy, policies, and frameworks to ensure profitability and effective control of contract sites.
Monitor competitor activities and conduct market research to maintain market competitiveness.
Review and refine sales strategies based on performance results and market insights.
▣ 자격요건
Requirements
Degree in civil engineering, mining engineering d, geology, or a related technician field preferred.
10 years of relevant experience, such as working with civil design firms or construction contractors, preferred.
Deep understanding of market trends, customer dynamics and competitor landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly self-motivates, target-driven, and skilled in prioritizing and closing complex deals.
